Exchanges & Returns – Celorn

At Celorn, we want every purchase to feel right. If you would like to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange, email info@Celorn.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will guide you through the process and respond as quickly as possible.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
• The item is unworn and unused
• The item is in original condition with all tags attached
• The item shows no signs of wear, creasing, or damage
• Original packaging must be included

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable service, as Celorn is not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Worn, used, or damaged items
• Items missing original tags or packaging
• Final sale or promotional items
• Personalized or custom-made products

6. Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the same process as for returns and specify the replacement item you would like.
Exchanges are subject to availability.

7. Important Notes
• Items must be shipped back within the 14-day return window
• Returned items must be packaged securely
• If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot accept the return or exchange
